Due to the nature of booking tours many months in advance, tour elements such as hotels, activities, meals and attractions are subject to changes out of the control of Zone Travel LLC. If any supplier should become unavailable, Zone Travel LLC will find an equitable alternative. Zone Travel LLC does reserve the right to adjust the prices in the event of any unforeseen cost increases such as increased government fees, taxes, fuel cost, etc. Also, if the number of paid passengers falls below the minimum number quoted, Zone Travel LLC reserves the right to adjust the price accordingly.

For international travel, a passport book is required. Most locations require at least 6 months before expiration on your passport as well as 2 blank visa pages. Please make sure to have the correct and updated documents if applicable. If you have a criminal background (this may include any DUIs), you are responsible for knowing the travel restrictions pertaining to the offense.

I understand and agree that Cruise pricing is based on double occupancy. Single, Triple and Quad occupancy rooms are available—quotes will be provided individually upon request. Prices and availability are subject to change and are not guaranteed until completed through the final booking process. If you would like to have a roommate but don't have one identified yet, then Zone Travel LLC will initially charge the occupancy rate you select. Zone Travel LLC will not work to find you a roommate; however, you may find one through our Facebook Group (The Gaymers Cruise Crew). If a roommate(s) cannot be found then you are responsible for paying the occupancy rate that corresponds to your cabin by the final payment deadline.
